Most clients feel relaxed, warm and slightly oily skin immediately after. Rarely mild redness or temporary detox reactions occur. Drink water, rest, and avoid sun exposure for a day. Contact us if prolonged irritation or unusual symptoms appear.

Pregnancy requires precautions; Abhyangam can be adapted but Shirodhara is usually avoided in early pregnancy. Inform us if pregnant or breastfeeding—therapists will recommend safe alternatives or postpone Shirodhara to ensure mother and baby safety.

A course of 4–8 sessions, spaced weekly or biweekly, is often recommended for cumulative improvements in skin tone, tissue strengthening and stress reduction. Personalized plans are created after consultation to match dosha balance, skin condition, and lifestyle.
