Hear from our best customers, sharing their experiences with us!

SANTHIGRAM Kerala Ayurveda has truly changed my life.A few years ago, I suffered a severe lower back injury. I tried conventional Western treatments, including chiropractic care, physical therapy, and even a cortisone injection. While these provided temporary relief, none of them addressed the root cause of my pain or delivered lasting results. When I felt like I was running out of options, I discovered SANTHIGRAM and scheduled an evaluation. That is when I met Dr. Ambika. She was simply exceptional. She did not sugarcoat my diagnosis or make unrealistic promises. Instead, she was direct, honest, compassionate, and empathetic, exactly what I needed at that point in my journey.I committed myself fully to her recommendations and treatment plan. It was not easy, but her honesty and clear explanations helped me understand both the challenges and the realistic expectations. She made it clear that I might never be 100% back to where I was before the injury, but I always felt confident that she was doing everything possible to help me improve.By the end of my treatment, I felt like a different person. Not only did I regain my quality of life, but my mindset changed for the better as well. I was able to return to the activities I loved and move forward with a renewed sense of confidence and well-being.Several years have passed since my treatment, and I believe there is an important reality to understand: your body is like a car. It can get you from Point A to Point B, but it still requires maintenance. Ayurvedic therapy is no different. It is not a one-time fix. It requires listening to your body, recognizing when you need care, and investing in your long-term health.I am sharing my experience for anyone who may be on the fence about exploring alternative treatment options. SANTHIGRAM gave me hope when I had very little left, and it provided results that went far beyond temporary relief. If you are searching for an option beyond quick fixes, I can honestly say that this experience changed my life for the better...more

Santhigram is truly one of the finest Ayurvedic centers I have experienced. The care, professionalism, and authenticity of the treatments are exceptional.
A special thanks to Dr. Ambika Nair, who has been nothing short of a God-sent healer. What sets her apart is her ability to look beyond symptoms and identify the root cause of health concerns. Her deep knowledge, compassionate approach, and genuine commitment to patient well-being make a remarkable difference.
The entire team creates a welcoming and healing environment, and every aspect of the experience reflects a true dedication to Ayurvedic principles. If you are looking for holistic healing and long-term wellness rather than temporary relief, I highly recommend Santhigram.
Without a doubt, one of the best Ayurvedic healing/therapy center in NJ. Thank you, Dr. Ambika and the entire Santhigram team, for your outstanding care....more
